The Human Resource Manager is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining the people who make Gadol Sunetos Ltd.'s work possible. This role designs and maintains people policies, performance and development frameworks, compensation and benefits structures, and a workplace culture that supports professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement across the firm.
